• —Clean and sanitize workstations, common areas, restrooms, and kitchen
• —Restock paper products, soap, and coffee station supplies
• —Empty trash and recycling throughout the space
• —Report any maintenance needs to the on-site Community Manager
• —Occasional deep cleaning and seasonal upkeep tasks

• —Reliable and consistent — you show up and you do it right
• —Takes pride in a well-maintained, beautiful space
• —Works independently without needing constant direction
• —Previous cleaning or facilities experience is a plus
