It was the year of staying in place, while simultaneously seeking out new ways of expanding our horizons. We found ourselves with extra time on our hands, a scarce commodity prior. VIRTUAL MAILBOX: All businesses need a mailing address, at minimum. At Union Cowork, we offer that and more. In partnership with Spheremail, mailbox members now have the option to view mail remotely. Fear not, that pile of junk mail shall grow no longer! We’ll notify you when you receive mail and who it’s from. You’ll have the option to request a scan, forward, or shred. This option not only reduces your risk of papercuts, but saves valuable time. View your mail securely and remotely.
DRIVE-UP COWORKING: Our team of managers are dedicated to the cleanliness of our facilities. We’ve increased sanitation and implemented health protocols – With this in mind, we understand that some community members feel more comfortable working from a place they are familiar with and know what to expect from. You can now work from the safety of your own car, and take advantage of our high-speed reliable WIFI! A joy ride does wonders for maintaining your sanity! It stabilizes your mood and gives you a much needed change of scenery. Let’s be real, it can be tough to get work done at home.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: We know you’re busy, running around, trying to meet deadlines. It seems there’s never enough time in the day. For a small additional fee, you can rest assured knowing your business is never missing a beat with a personal live receptionist taking your calls – Yes, you heard that right – LIVE. The robots haven’t taken over completely yet. Your personal receptionist will answer calls and forward them on to you. They’re personable and professional, and work off scripts and prompts your business provides to them. They’re trained to do the tedious work for you, in sync with your values. Personalize your preferences and never miss a call again.
