Union Cowork Encinitas sits on C Street, a few blocks off Coast Highway 101 — the kind of walk where you pass a surf shop, a coffee roaster, and someone carrying a board before you even get to your desk. Encinitas has always run on its own clock: tides first, everything else second. Old Encinitas keeps that pace alive with independent cafes, the Lumberyard courtyard, and Swami's a short pedal away.

Our members surf before work, not instead of it. Neighbors here aren't networking — they're just neighbors, who happen to also run businesses. We make our own luck, and around here, that usually starts with checking the swell report.
