Membership Terms

Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rates and plan details are outlined at the time of sign-up. Union Cowork reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Members may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Access privileges are non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

All content on unioncowork.com — including text, photos, logos, and design — is the property of Union Cowork and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Union Cowork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or spaces. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Members are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance for their equipment and belongings.
