Union Cowork San Marcos anchors North City, the walkable new downtown built right alongside Cal State San Marcos — coffee shops, restaurants, and a farmer's market all within a few blocks. This is a city on the move: what was ranchland twenty years ago is now one of North County's fastest-growing hubs, full of students, young professionals, and founders who wanted room to build something without leaving San Diego County behind.
Our North City Run Club goes out from here every Thursday morning, rain or shine, because a neighborhood is built one lap at a time. Nobody said it was easy — but San Marcos keeps proving it's worth it.
